The STEMpreneur focuses on introducing students of all ages to the exciting world of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math. Birthed from a recognition of the power of combining the skills of STEM and the concepts of Business & Entrepreneurship, The STEMpreneur seeks to support the dreams of our rising generations by fostering interests and skills in STEM Careers to help them create a meaningful impact in the world.
SCIENCE
Scientific study aims to understand the natural world. Through an established methodology of investigation, not only do we better understand universal laws, but we build our knowledge of how to these discoveries can be applied to human needs.
TECHNOLOGY
Technology improves our ability to change people's lives. It is the result of applying our mastery of science and math, through established engineering design processes to create tools, products and capable services.
ENGINEERING
Engineering is the practical application of scientific discoveries and mathematical knowledge to solve problems. Engineers are largely responsible for the innovations developed in each generation that help to advance our society.
MATHEMATICS
Math serves as the building block of our everyday lives and can be found all around us. Widely recognized to be the logical foundations of our universe, it is the study of logic, quantity and arrangement.
ENTREPRENEURSHIP
Entrepreneurship is not just the willingness to start a business, but embodies the full responsibilities of developing, organizing and managing the entire venture from risk to profit. Yet, few realize the skills required for high achievement as an entrepreneur are also essential for success in STEM careers.

The STEMpreneur is a leading STEM organization dedicated to providing innovative educational initiatives. Through our pipeline approach, we train teachers and teacher-candidates by providing critical exposures that improve classroom delivery and support maintaining and/or attaining licensure. K12 PROGRAMMING
At the primary grade levels, the focus of education is fostering a passion for learning and exploration in each young learner. For this purpose, The STEMpreneur partners with the Museum of Science, Boston, to deliver their award winning Engineering is Elementary curriculum. These units introduce students to the broad world of science and engineering in a way they can directly relate to their own worlds. At the middle school and high school levels, TSP builds upon the primary foundations through the introduction of entrepreneurial and business concepts, as well as leadership development training. This dynamic approach expands learners’ minds to consider the possibilities, whether they are moving into industry or planning to create the next paradigm shift.
COLLEGE PROGRAMMING
One of the biggest concerns in education is the alarming attrition rates of new teachers being experienced across the country. In response, The STEMpreneur leans into the proper preparation of new teachers by helping develop critical skills for teacher-candidates (collegiate students pursuing careers in education). These teacher-candidates are trained by the TSP team of experienced educators and STEM practitioners, then paired with instructional coaches who support their growth as they deliver student programming. Through this approach, the teacher-candidates connect with the demographic of students they may have in their future classrooms, gain familiarity with nationally recognized curriculum that meets national standards, and build both confidence and competence in their ability to be successful, all in a safe, exploratory settling.
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
STEM is about application, not rote memorization. The best way to deliver a STEM lesson is to create a classroom environment of “organized chaos.” The STEMpreneur delivers evidence-based, high-quality professional developments for educators with the expressed intent to help them develop a deeper understanding of STEM content, the intersectionality of the core subject areas and create an environment of exploratory learning for students. Through a curated process that ties classroom management, content mastery and equitable learning practices, teachers explore how to provide their students with the courage to think critically and ideate new ways to solve old problems, all the while failing forward.
